Shipping & Return Policy

  1. Shipping, Delivery and Product Returns

    At present, we’re happy to offer the following delivery options:

    • S$8 for orders S$150 and below
    • Enjoy complimentary local delivery with order S$150 and above

    5-7 working days

    • Delivery times are based on orders placed before 12pm SGT. 
    • Delivery fees apply if your minimum purchase falls below S$150 after discounts are applied.
    • Delivery may take additional time during sale periods, holidays, and unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather events.
    • Delivery is only available on weekdays (excluding Weekend and Singapore Public Holidays). 
    • Delivery is unavailable to P.O Box areas and hotels.
      Delivery services are not available for restricted areas e.g. Changi Airport, Cargo Complex, Alps Avenue, Parliament House, PSA Terminal, Army Camps (CMPB, Gombak Base, Airbase, Naval Base, Police HQ, Prison Complex, Police Coast Guard Base, Woodlands & Tuas Checkpoints, Jurong Island) and island areas e.g. Pulau Ubin, Pulau Tekong, St. John’s Island, Southern Island and Lazarus Island.

  2. We recommend you to check the entire shipment box and its contents immediately upon receipt of the parcel.

  3. If there is missing or damaged product, please email to our Customer Service at service.sg@m-one-group.com with the order number, photograph of the received products/damaged products and list of any missing/damaged products. Our Customer Service shall respond to you within 2 Business days.

  4. If the delivery box arrived damaged enough that a product could have fallen out, please email to our Customer Service with a photograph of the damaged box. You will also need to keep the damaged delivery box, provide the order number and list of any items missing. Our Customer Service shall respond to you within 2 Business days.

  5. If your products arrived damaged as well as the delivery box, please email to our Customer Service with a photograph of the damaged items, damaged box together in one shot. You will also need to keep the damaged delivery box/damaged items, provide the order number and list of damaged items. Our Customer Service shall respond to you within 2 Business days.

  6. If you have received an incorrect product, please email to our Customer Service on the details of your order with the photograph of the incorrect product. Our Customer Service shall respond to you within 2 Business days.

  7. All returns and exchanges must be within 14 days upon receipt of order, subject to the following terms and conditions:

    - Item must be in its original purchase and be deemed resaleable condition -packaging must be unopened, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.

    - Due to the nature of our products, conditions listed below are considered as non-resaleable:
              i.     Products that are opened.
              ii.    Products that are misused or mishandled.
              iii.   Products that are damaged intentionally.
              iv.   Products that are past expiration date.

     - Items purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack including free gifts, free samples must be returned as a whole set.

     - This return policy does not apply to items, which have been stated as non-exchangeable or non-returnable.

     - Shipping costs associated with the return/exchange of the product will not be covered by our company.

    Please email to our Customer Service and provide your order number, the name of the item(s) you wish to return/exchange and they will assist you further.
